I had a great time in my Queen Studio, especially enjoying the full kitchen which made cooking easy and fun. The hotel offers a beautiful waterfall as a great spot to unwind after a busy day and a cozy seating area perfect for relaxation. A minor downside was the wait at the front desk during busy times, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. 😊

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely park just a mile away that hosted various events. Our room was comfortable and accommodating for our large family, and it was great that our little dog could join us. The area was nice and convenient for our needs.

The king bed in my studio was very comfortable making it easy to get a good night's sleep I also appreciated the kitchenette setup making it convenient for meal prep.

I found the location convenient, close to my office, which made my two-week stay manageable. The shuttle service is a great perk, especially Doug, the driver, who was friendly and helpful. The room size is decent, providing enough space to relax. However, the maintenance in the room needs work. for example, the bedding showed signs of wear. I had a small issue when I forgot my credit card at reception but the staff, especially Greg, handled it well by keeping it safe and even mailing it back to my family. The kitchenette is basic but decent for quick meals. Unfortunately, the amenities weren’t up to par—no recycling program and limited kitchen supplies. For longer stays, these details make a difference.

The room provided a decent level of comfort, featuring a nice TV. However, the overall experience was marred by excessive noise from neighboring rooms and hallways. The lobby had a less-than-inviting atmosphere, and access to the internet was frustrating, requiring additional fees for adequate speed.
